Indianapolis Colts sign 14 undrafted free agents following 2025 NFL draft

With rookie minincamp here, the Indianapolis Colts announced that they have signed 14 undrafted free agents.

 

Along with these additions, the team also announced that they signed seven of their eight draft picks and waived guard Atonio Mafi and defensive tackle Pheldarius Payne.

IDL Devonta Davis, FAU: Davis totaled 13 pressures last season, but has made his biggest impact in the run game.

LB Solomon DeShields, Texas A&M: A reliable tackler in his career, which has helped DeShields grade out well against the run by PFF’s metrics and limit yards after the catch.

CB Johnathan Edwards, Tulane: An outside corner, Edwards allowed a completion rate of 54% and just 8.6 yards per catch with one pass breakup in 2024.

 

 

IDL Joe Evans, UTSA: Evans played in only five games last season, but in 2023, he was one of PFF’s highest-graded interior run defenders.

 

OT Marshall Foerner, Minnesota State: An accomplished Division II offensive tackle, who has started 29 games over the last three seasons.

 

WR Tyler Kahmann, Emporia State University: Kahmann played in 35 games over three seasons and caught 248 passes, including 100-plus receptions in each of the last two years for 3,258 yards and 49 touchdowns.

DE Desmond Little, UAB: Over the last two seasons, Little has recorded 59 total pressures with 16 sacks. His run defense improved this past year as well, according to PFF.

 

TE Maximilian Mang, Syracuse: Mang had very few pass-catching opportunities and was primarily utilized as a blocker.

 

WR Coleman Owen, Ohio: A very experienced player with 381 career targets over six seasons. Owen caught 67% of those targets at 13.8 yards per catch with 25 touchdowns. In 2024, Owen had 1,246 receiving yards.

 

 

WR Landon Parker, Troy: Parker had just 41 targets in 2024, but caught 66% of those throws at 13.0 yards per catch. He also tested very well during the pre-draft process.

 

WR Blayne Taylor, Abilene Christian: Taylor played in 36 games over three seasons with 133 total targets during that span and 2,026 yards with 17 touchdowns.

 

S Ladarius Tennison, UCF: Listed as a safety, but most of Tennison’s career snaps have come near the line of scrimmage, either in the box or in the slot. He held opponents to a completion rate in 2024 of 57% and only 8.8 yards per catch.

 

K Maddux Trujillo, Temple: This past year, Trujillo made all 21 of his extra point attempts and he was 16-for-22 (72.7%) on field goals. This included going 5-for-5 from 40-49 yards and 5-of-8 from 50-plus.

 

S Trey Washington, Ole Miss: A versatile defender who spent most of his snaps at free safety. Washington has had good ball production with five interceptions and eight pass breakups over the last three seasons. He’s graded out very well as a tackler and run defender
